Hello 😋

If you are looking for some new, easy, and yummy recipes you’ve come to the right place! Enjoy my Top 5 Sheet Pan recipes- a life saver for any mom or mom to be.

1. Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus-One Pan Meal

I like to use frozen shrimp when I cook this meal and fresh asparagus. I cover my pan with aluminum foil, and then spread the shrimp out aside the asparagus. Then I cook the asparagus in oil lemon juice and garlic salt. I cook the shrimp in garlic salt, lemon, butter, and Old Bay seasoning. Then I pop it in the oven at 400° for 25 to 35 minutes. You will have to take it out and check the softness and crunchiness of the asparagus. That will depend on your own preference of when you would like to take it out. Below is the exact ingredients and directions for how to cook this one pan •seafood• dinner.

What you’ll need:

⁃ 1lb bag of shrimp

⁃ bundle of asparagus

⁃ lemon juice

⁃ butter

⁃ garlic salt

⁃ oil (olive, veg, sunflower)

1. Prepare your pan and ingredients.

2. Preheat your oven to 400°.

3. Cut the ends off of the asparagus and place them on the pan. Also, place the shrimp on the pan.

4. Coat the asparagus with oil, lemon and garlic salt. Then coat the shrimp with butter, garlic, lemon, and spices. (I use Old Bay).

5. Pop in the oven for 25-35 minutes!

6. Done and ready to enjoy.

2. Sesame Chicken w Peppers, Onions, and Roasted Potatoes

What you’ll need:

⁃ 1-2lbs chicken

⁃ bell peppers (choose your fav colors)

⁃ onion (red or yellow)

⁃ 1-2 russet potatoes

⁃ garlic salt

⁃ olive oil

⁃ Campbell’s Sesame Chicken Sauce or any other sesame sauce you like (I just don’t make my own sauce)

⁃ Optional: you can make rice to serve this over- it just adds one small pot to the mix!

1. Cut up your chicken, peppers, and potatoes.

2. Place them side by side on a sheet pan. PRO TIP: put aluminum foil on your pan so you don’t even have to wash anything if you choose not to cook rice- heck yeah!! Or buy microwaveable rice- it’s amazing!

3. Coat everything with olive oil and garlic salt. Atleast 2 tbsp of olive oil. I added a little extra sea salt and pepper to mine.

4. Cook on 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Take it out and stir up the potatoes. Place back in the oven on 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then all the veggies will be nice and tender!

5. Take out and cut up chicken into smaller pieces. Coat with the sauce and your all done!

6. Make a plate and enjoy your dinner!

7. BONUS: I made rice to put all of this over. Added an extra pot but was totally worth it!
